NEW +WS45 PARAMETER VALUES

+WS45=18 : CSLIP (compressed SLIP) with DCE in CSLIP server mode. The DCE
may not compress TCP headers unless it sees headers compressed by the DTE
(CSLIP client). For background information, see RFC 1144  PS  V. Jacobson,
"Compressing TCP/IP headers for low-speed serial links", 02/01/1990.
